Failing in doing so might increase the chances of hampering the relationship with the employees, as it may lead to misunderstandings and breaking of trust within the organization. The organizational culture within Zappos helps the employees to be happy and remain committed towards the work so that it helps them in increasing their level of productivity. The employees are provided with free trips and financial bonuses that help them in being engaged within the organization. The headquarters of the organization is designed in such a way so that it can house the departments in different parts. This helps the employees of the departments to interact in a better manner with their colleagues, which helps in producing better quality of products and services (Eisenberg, Goodall Jr Trethewey, 2013). Facebook as well have a proper pattern of communication within their organization that helps the employees in communicating openly with the managers and the senior management, which helps in the growth and provides learning benefits to the employees. The company has different conference rooms in various buildings, which helps the employees in communicating in a free manner. The company promotes a organizational culture that is flatter in nature so that it helps in promoting equality among the employees (Austin Pinkleton, 2015). Strategies that needs to be Adopted by the Company The strategies that the company needs to adopt in the given case study that will help in communicating in a better way within the organization are that they need to maintain an open communication method so that the employees can provide better feedbacks and ideas to the managers. This will help the company in achieving success at all their endeavors (Tourish, 2014). The inclusive network of communication strategy helps the employees to feel that they are part of the decision body, which will help in affecting the daily activities of the employees. The organization does not need to maintain a secretive type of communication pattern that may involve the top management, which results in the loss of opportunities that may build up within the organization. The involvement of the employees will play a crucial factor that will affect the success and the satisfaction of the employees (Christensen Cornelissen, 2013). The organization needs to develop the cultural communication so that it can help in help in achieving the results within the organization. The communication pattern within the organization needs to be diverse so that the employees can communicate with each other in a better manner.
